If you live outside of the European Union and the product is to be shipped to an address outside of the EU then prices in the card will be excluding VAT. This will be done on the checkout pages once you have confirmed your billing and shipping address. For customers who have an existing account with us, once you login to the site, all product pricing becomes exclusive of VAT.

German orders take between 1 - 3 days for delivery. Europe 3 - 5 days, allow ten days. USA & Canada 5 - 7 days, allow fourteen days. The rest of the World 5 - 10 days, allow eighteen days. We ship with Deutsche Post / DHL Worldwide (insured / express Airmail Service) and DPD Courier Service.
